Access to the materials in the Archives is limited to normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with reduced hours during the summer.
The Archives are closed stacks and browsing is not permitted. A prior appointment is required. Access is channeled through the office of the Director of Libraries, David Schoen, at 716-286-8002 or via email.
Access to our digital collections is available using any library computer or your own personal device connected to our PurpleHaze network. Current Niagara University faculty, staff, and students have access to the collections off-campus using their PurplePass login. If you are an alumni or community member looking for access to the online collections off-campus, please contact the library for assistance.
