Databases for Finding Articles

Quite a bit of information is disseminated through journal articles. Start with these databases:

EBSCOhost 
Usually the first place to start your research, this database system covers a variety of topics and has articles from journals, magazines, and newspapers. Need a peer-reviewed or scholarly journal article? Go here!

ProQuest 
This database system covers a variety of topics and has articles from journals, magazines, newspapers, ebooks and dissertations. Similar to Ebscohost. 

Statista 
Contains statistics, charts, graphs and other data. These charts and graphs are great to include in presentations. 

Opposing Viewpoints in Context 
Looks at controversial issues in a pro/con format. If you need help picking a topic, or want to see all sides of an issue, go here!
