For each copy of an original print resource you provide to students or digitize, it is good practice to provide a full bibliographic citation and to affix this statement:
"Notice: This material may be protected by Copyright Law (Title 17 U.S.C.)"
It is also good practice to introduce sections of readings or films clips in Canvas like this:
"The materials on this course web site may be subject to copyright law. Only students enrolled in this course for purposes associated with this course may use the materials. The materials may not be retained or disseminated."
